1) Disposal or land application of domestic wastewater residuals shall be in accordance with the applicable provision of Chapters 17-2,17-7,17-640& 17-701 F.A.C.
2) Section 403.021 (2), Florida statutes, as amended, the Florida Air and Water Pollution Control Act, established that no waste are to be discharged to any water of the state without first being given the degree of treatment necessary to protect the beneficial uses of such water. Florida Statures, set forth requirements for the treatment and reuse or disposal of domestic wastewater.
